Pressure Transmitter Calibration in Bangladesh
ION Engineering calibrates pressure transmitters used in industrial process-control loops against traceable reference standards, on-site or in our Dhaka laboratory, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 with stated measurement uncertainty on every certificate.
What We Calibrate
Analog Output Transmitters
4–20mA pressure transmitters used in process control loops.
Smart / HART Transmitters
Digital and HART-protocol pressure transmitters with configurable ranges.
Differential Pressure Transmitters
DP transmitters used for flow, level and filter monitoring applications.
How We Calibrate a Pressure Transmitter
The transmitter is subjected to known pressures from a traceable reference source across its calibrated range, and both the pressure input and the corresponding electrical output (mA or digital) are recorded as-found, before any zero or span adjustment, and as-left afterward.
What’s included
- Multi-point calibration across your configured range
- As-found and as-left readings, per point
- Stated measurement uncertainty
- QR-verifiable certificate
Pressure Transmitter Calibration FAQs
Can a transmitter be calibrated without removing it from the loop?
In many cases yes, using a portable HART communicator and pressure source on-site; where the loop cannot be isolated safely, we arrange bench-level calibration instead.
Do you calibrate both the pressure input and the mA output?
Yes, both are recorded at each test point, since a fault can show up in either the sensing element or the output electronics.
What measurement uncertainty do you report?
Uncertainty is stated per range on your certificate; our full accredited scope is published on our calibration capabilities page.
Is the certificate independently verifiable?
Yes, every certificate number can be checked using our online verification tool, with no login required.
