Temperature Indicator Calibration in Bangladesh
ION Engineering calibrates local digital and analog temperature indicators against traceable reference standards, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
What We Calibrate
Digital Indicators
Panel-mounted digital temperature indicators and controllers.
Analog Dial Indicators
Bimetal and dial-type local temperature indicators.
Multi-Input Indicators
Indicators accepting multiple RTD or thermocouple inputs.
How We Calibrate a Temperature Indicator
A traceable simulated signal (or a sensor at a known reference temperature) is applied to the indicator’s input, and the displayed reading is recorded at multiple points across its scale, with as-found and as-left data logged to confirm the display electronics read accurately.
What’s included
- Multi-point calibration across the indicator’s scale
- As-found and as-left readings, per point
- Stated measurement uncertainty
- QR-verifiable certificate
Temperature Indicator Calibration FAQs
Can you calibrate an indicator without its sensor attached?
Yes, a traceable signal simulator can be used to inject the equivalent sensor signal directly, isolating the indicator’s own accuracy.
How often should temperature indicators be calibrated?
Annually is standard, with more frequent checks for indicators tied to critical process or safety limits.
What measurement uncertainty do you report?
Uncertainty is stated on your certificate; our full accredited scope is published on our calibration capabilities page.
Is the certificate independently verifiable?
Yes, every certificate number can be checked using our online verification tool, with no login required.
