Temperature Transmitter Calibration in Bangladesh
ION Engineering calibrates temperature transmitters used in process-control loops, testing both the sensor input and the 4–20mA or digital output, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
What We Calibrate
Analog Output Transmitters
4–20mA temperature transmitters used in control loops.
Smart / HART Transmitters
Digital and HART-protocol temperature transmitters.
Head-Mounted Transmitters
Transmitters mounted directly on the sensor head.
How We Calibrate a Temperature Transmitter
A traceable temperature source is applied to the sensor input while the transmitter’s electrical output (mA or digital) is recorded at multiple points, with as-found and as-left data logged — confirming both the sensing element and the transmitter electronics read correctly, since either can drift independently.
What’s included
- Multi-point calibration across your configured range
- As-found and as-left readings, per point
- Stated measurement uncertainty
- QR-verifiable certificate
Temperature Transmitter Calibration FAQs
Can a transmitter be calibrated without removing it from the loop?
In many cases yes, using a portable communicator and temperature source on-site; where that is not possible we arrange bench-level calibration.
Do you calibrate the sensor and transmitter separately?
We test the combination as installed, since that reflects how the loop actually performs; the sensor and transmitter can also be evaluated separately on request.
What measurement uncertainty do you report?
Uncertainty is stated per range on your certificate; our full accredited scope is published on our calibration capabilities page.
Is the certificate independently verifiable?
Yes, every certificate number can be checked using our online verification tool, with no login required.
