Vacuum Gauge Calibration in Bangladesh
ION Engineering calibrates analog and digital vacuum gauges against traceable reference standards across their working vacuum range, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
What We Calibrate
Bourdon-Tube Vacuum Gauges
Analog vacuum gauges used on pumps and process vessels.
Digital Vacuum Gauges
Digital vacuum indicators and hand-held test gauges.
Compound Gauges
Combined pressure/vacuum gauges across both ranges.
How We Calibrate a Vacuum Gauge
The gauge is tested against a traceable vacuum reference across its working range, with readings recorded going down and coming back up to capture hysteresis, and as-found/as-left data logged at each point so drift since the last calibration is visible on the certificate.
What’s included
- As-found and as-left readings on every certificate
- Stated measurement uncertainty, per range
- On-site or in-lab, your choice
- QR-verifiable certificate
Vacuum Gauge Calibration FAQs
How often should a vacuum gauge be calibrated?
Annually is standard for most industrial vacuum gauges, more frequently for high-cycle or safety-critical applications.
Can compound gauges be calibrated on both sides of zero?
Yes, both the pressure and vacuum sides of a compound gauge are tested and reported.
What measurement uncertainty do you report?
Uncertainty is stated per range on your certificate; our full accredited scope is published on our calibration capabilities page.
Is the certificate independently verifiable?
Yes, every certificate number can be checked using our online verification tool, with no login required.
