How We Calibrate a Weighing Scale
The scale is loaded with certified reference weights at multiple points across its capacity, including a check for linearity and, where applicable, off-centre loading, with as-found and as-left readings recorded to confirm the scale reads accurately across its full working range, not just at one point.
