Flow Calibration

Flow Meter Calibration Service in Bangladesh

Liquid, gas and steam flow meters calibrated against traceable reference standards, on-site or in our Dhaka laboratory, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

Scope

What We Calibrate

Liquid Flow Meters

Electromagnetic, turbine and positive-displacement meters on water and process liquid lines.

Gas Flow Meters

Thermal mass and rotameter-type gas flow instruments.

Steam Flow Meters

Vortex and orifice-type steam flow measurement instruments.

Flow Transmitters

Flow transmitters and totaliser instruments used in process control loops.

Method

How We Calibrate a Flow Meter

The meter is checked against a traceable reference at multiple flow rates across its working range, with as-found and as-left readings recorded at each point. Where the installation allows, calibration is carried out in-line, on-site, rather than removing the meter from the process.

What’s included

  • Multi-point calibration across your working range
  • As-found and as-left readings, per point
  • Stated measurement uncertainty
  • QR-verifiable certificate

Questions

Flow Meter Calibration FAQs

Can a flow meter be calibrated without removing it from the line?

In many cases yes, using in-line reference methods; where that is not possible we arrange bench-level calibration in our Dhaka laboratory.

How many flow points are tested?

Typically three or more points across your meter’s working range, agreed with you before the visit so results reflect how the meter is actually used.

What is your stated measurement uncertainty?

Uncertainty is stated per range on your certificate; our full accredited scope is published on our calibration capabilities page.

Is the certificate independently verifiable?

Yes, every certificate number can be checked using our online verification tool, with no login required.
