Temperature Data Logger Calibration in Bangladesh
ION Engineering calibrates temperature and humidity data loggers used in cold-chain, warehouse and thermal mapping studies, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, so the logged record itself is traceable.
What We Calibrate
Temperature Data Loggers
Standalone and wireless temperature loggers used in monitoring and mapping.
Humidity Data Loggers
Combined temperature and relative humidity loggers.
Multi-Channel Loggers
Multi-probe loggers used in thermal mapping studies across large spaces.
How We Calibrate a Data Logger
Each logger is placed alongside a traceable reference sensor in a stable chamber, bath or dry-block at multiple points across its working range, with as-found and as-left readings recorded at each point — the same rigor applied whether the logger monitors a warehouse, a cold room or a stability chamber.
What’s included
- Multi-point calibration across your working range
- As-found and as-left readings, per point
- Stated measurement uncertainty
- QR-verifiable certificate
Temperature Data Logger Calibration FAQs
Is this the same as thermal mapping?
No — calibrating a logger confirms the instrument itself reads correctly; thermal mapping uses calibrated loggers placed throughout a room or chamber to characterise the space. See our thermal mapping service for the mapping study itself.
How often should data loggers be calibrated?
Typically annually, or more frequently if the logger is used for regulatory cold-chain records where a shorter interval is specified.
What measurement uncertainty do you report?
Uncertainty is stated per range on your certificate; our full accredited scope is published on our calibration capabilities page.
Is the certificate independently verifiable?
Yes, every certificate number can be checked using our online verification tool, with no login required.
